The Conference Policy and Procedures Committee meets on the first Saturday of each month at 1 pm ET. Please email conference@artsanonymous.org with questions.
Article 6 of the A.R.T.S. Anonymous World Service Conference states (in part):
World Service Conference Organization: The WSC governs itself, although it collaborates with the Board of Trustees. The Conference chooses its election methods and rules for voting, such as percentage of votes required to pass resolutions.
Conference Committees: The Conference may choose to establish committees. Any A.R.T.S. member may serve on committees. Each committee may have a Board member serving as Board liaison. The committee will elect a member as committee chair.
The following motion was passed by the Conference Policy and Procedures Committee on August 3, 2024:
The purpose of the World Service Conference Policy & Procedures Committee is to make suggestions and recommendations for the organization of the World Service Conference. This committee will also maintain a record of motions passed by the Conference and develop a Service Manual.
